TRADE SHOW & TAX

We are recommending that anybody exhibiting at the EXPO get a sales tax permit if they sell taxable products at the show, take orders that are later accepted out of state, or use the show to promote sales.

* If you are a Texas resident should get a sales tax permit if you do not already have one.
* If you are an exhibitor without a Texas location you should get a use tax permit.
* The same form is used either way.
